In this neck piece, I used embroidery, watercolour and wool. The colours are to represent this state of play including the emotions developed by this interaction. The two sides coming from behind the neck is to represent the development of something that comes from a darker place (an adaptive response to loneliness).

Lost & Found
It's interesting how when you look back at things in the past... you didn't quite understand then. However as you become older things start to make more sense. Being the only girl with three brothers we didn't share similar interests while growing up. I preferred barbie dolls, stickers and having nice diaries. Growing up I developed having an imaginary friend; identical to me and liked what I liked. And now that I look back at this, she filled in the void of what was missing: a companion.

Untitled
Just started uni again this week, now that I'm in design it makes me miss fine arts. Design thinking is totally different to fine arts but I'll somehow manage. :)
